About Mayank

I am a professional Software Developer with over 4 years of experience building high-performance systems at some of the world's leading tech companies. My journey in the industry includes:
Software Developer at Amazon (Hyderabad): Spent 2.5 years solving complex algorithmic challenges and working on large-scale distributed systems where mathematical logic is the foundation of every line of code.
Software Developer 2 at New Relic: Currently bringing 1.5 years of experience in specialized backend development, focusing on data, performance, and optimization.
Why I Tutor Math
Throughout my career, I’ve realized that the strongest developers aren't just good at syntax—they are excellent at Mathematics. Whether it’s Discrete Math for logic, Linear Algebra for data, or Calculus for optimization, math is the "backend" of the modern world.
I started tutoring because I enjoy translating "academic" math into "practical" logic. I know exactly how it feels to encounter a difficult problem, and I’ve spent my career learning how to "debug" those problems until they make sense.
My Qualifications
Real-World Expertise: I use the principles of logic and mathematics daily to build software used by millions.
Proven Growth: Progressing to a SDE 2 role has sharpened my ability to mentor others and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Global Perspective: Having worked in major tech hubs like Hyderabad, I understand the competitive standards required for academic and professional success.

About the class

The Three Pillars of My Lessons:
Deconstruction: We won't just look at a complex equation and feel overwhelmed. We will break it down into "small, manageable functions" (just like code!) until the solution becomes clear.
Visual & Practical Logic: I focus on why a formula works, not just how to plug in numbers. Whether it's Algebra, Calculus, or Discrete Math, I show you how these concepts power the technology we use every day.
Efficiency: I teach you the most direct path to the answer. We focus on pattern recognition so you can solve problems faster and with more confidence.
️ Who I Can Help:
High School Students: Navigating Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus.
University Students: Mastering Discrete Math, Linear Algebra, or Logic—the foundations of Computer Science.
Aspiring Developers: Anyone who wants to sharpen their math skills to transition into tech or data science.
