I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from West Virginia State University, am currently in my second year of Liberty University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, and I’ve worked with students across different levels—from high school to college—helping them master psychological theories, research methods, and applied concepts with confidence. A Typical Lesson Plan Each session is structured to balance understanding and application: Warm-up (5–10 min): Quick review of previous material or a short discussion question. Core Lesson (25–30 min): Explanation of key concepts, illustrated with examples or short videos. Interactive Practice (15–20 min): Activities like applying theories to scenarios, identifying variables, or interpreting study results.
