About Alexandra
I am an editor and copywriter with 3 years of experience working for independent, Toronto-based publications (Sophomore Mag, With/out Pretend). I've worked with people from across the country and have assisted in the editing, polishing, and evaluation of personal essays, poems, and fiction. I love to discover new writers and it is a joy to watch someone discover and develop their voice. I have a degree in Arts and Contemporary Studies from Ryerson University and am working to complete my publishing certificate from the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education.

After that, I get into the nitty gritty of the editing. I am collaborative in my approach and strive to work closely with the author to stay true to their voice and story while polishing their work.
