I am an experienced runner but not a PT. I work with you to create a realistic plan for your requirements. Having helped many people in the past, I will dig into your motivations and keep you on a consistent path to success. Lessons are for every age group from beginners upwards. If you are planning your first marathon, I can especially help with this too. I am also a guide runner. Lessons will last one hour and can be a one-off or a series as you prefer.
