I have known the candidate since 2003 and I am satisfied that the candidate is suitable to work with children and adults; to my knowledge the candidate does not have an unsatisfactory attendance or sick leave record and has not been subject to any allegations or concerns relating to the safety and welfare of children and adults.
David’s academic background has been a great benefit to him and his teaching. He has a clear and analytical approach to the work and more importantly, he is always willing to learn from other and to improve his teaching methods. He has a very good approach in his teaching and shows the ability to build and consolidate excellent relationships with adults and children. He has a great knowledge and uses it extremely very well. His expectations are always high and this enables him to have a very good classroom management for the benefit of the students.

Also, David's file work is always organised and the presentation of his work is consistently very good. In school, his planning, teaching and class management, monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting all meet the requirements demanded.
