Teaching Methodology My approach is conceptual and exam-focused. I guide students to: Deeply understand the underlying principles behind each topic Apply this understanding to solve past paper questions efficiently Develop exam strategies, manage time under pressure, and structure their answers for full marks I place special emphasis on: Data-based questions (often challenging in IB) Internal Assessment (IA) planning and feedback Clarifying misunderstood concepts using analogies, real-world examples, and visual aids Lesson Structure and Length Standard lesson: 60 minutes (but flexible based on the student's needs) Each lesson includes: Brief concept recap Focused problem-solving (past papers, IA-style) Strategy discussion for upcoming assessments I also provide extra resources (summaries, problem sets, video explanations) when needed. Qualifications & Experience BSc in Physics (University of Alberta, Canada) Minor in Mathematics Former IB Diploma Programme student — I understand the IB from both sides Experience mentoring students in IB Physics and Maths HL, including IA and EE guidance Who Are My Lessons For?
