About Adrielle
In my current role as a Procurement Coordinator, I oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of food and supplies for events and catering services. With over a year of experience, I leverage my Syspro proficiency to optimize inventory and ensure quality. I collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve issues, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Previously, as Founder and Director of a creative food business, I managed operations, led the team, and handled client interactions. I directed product creation, managed marketing efforts, and oversaw financial aspects such as invoicing and cash flow. Additionally, I generated reports and addressed day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficiency.
Prior to that, I served as a Finance Administrator at a leading hotel, where I managed month-end procedures, financial reports, and Sage operations. With a diploma in hospitality management and a PDBA from Wits Business School, I'm dedicated to adding value and driving efficiency in the food and events industry.
