Former Navy turned Composer coaches people on how to get back to the main plot of their lives

I’ve been working with Jenna for years and cannot recommend her enough! Jenna is not only a musical genius, but she knows how to communicate and help every student at the exact stage they’re at. It’s so rare to find someone who is so advanced in what they do, yet can wonderfully teach someone who is only beginning. Jenna understands how to work with anyone - beginner or advanced - and guide them to the next level in a way that feels so empowering. She really is the easiest, kindest person to work with and anyone who is looking to grow and learn in their musical craft, at any stage, will improve lightyears by working with her.

I’ve been taking singing lessons with Jenna for almost two years, and I only wish I had found her earlier—especially before I was preparing to sing at my wedding.

Jenna’s holistic approach to singing completely changed the way I think about my voice. She doesn’t just focus on technique, but on the whole process: using your body, breathing correctly, and developing the right mindset. My main goal was to transition my singing style from opera to pop, and thanks to Jenna, that transformation feels possible. She truly changed the game for me.

In our lessons, we usually choose songs together (sometimes I bring ideas, sometimes she does), and work on capturing the style and emotion of the original artist. One of my favorite parts is that Jenna has a mini recording studio at her place, so we can record songs during lessons. Her enthusiasm and encouragement inspired me to get my own microphone and start recording at home too—which has made singing even more exciting and enjoyable for me.

On top of being an incredible teacher, Jenna is also an amazing artist herself, and I love going to her concerts whenever I can.

Most importantly, Jenna is simply a wonderful person—kind, warm, always smiling, and incredibly hardworking. She genuinely cares, makes every lesson enjoyable, and creates such a comfortable and motivating environment. She also offers piano lessons (which I would love to take too, if only I had more time!).

If you’re still hesitating about which singing teacher to choose, don’t overthink it—just go to Jenna. You won’t regret it.
