About Finn
I served in the German Armed Forces for several years, most recently as a long-range reconnaissance soldier in Long-Range Reconnaissance Company 1. My path to becoming a long-range reconnaissance soldier involved a demanding selection process with corresponding preparation for specialized army reconnaissance forces, as well as several months of long-range reconnaissance training and various other military courses in the field of special operations. From this experience, I understand the physical demands of intensive training, the importance of structured preparation, and how to manage performance under fatigue. Functional strength, endurance, muscular endurance, recovery, and mental focus were integral parts of my own training. In my coaching, I work calmly, directly, and with a focus on results. I don't promise shortcuts or guaranteed exam results. Instead, you'll receive an honest assessment, clear training priorities, and preparation tailored to your actual performance level. I'm open and direct with my experiences and will give you honest feedback on your goals, expectations, and ideas. I also welcome applications from non-specialist forces/specialized forces or government agencies! My training is individually tailored to your current fitness level, your goals, and the available preparation time. At the beginning, we'll discuss your previous performance, any weaknesses, and the specific physical requirements of the fitness test or selection process you're aiming for, or simply your personal goals. It's important to me to emphasize that non-soldiers and non-special forces applicants who want to develop efficient, functional fitness are also very welcome! Building on this foundation, we'll specifically train endurance, functional strength, muscular endurance, speed, stability, and resilience. Depending on your goals, the coaching may include running and interval training, bodyweight exercises, circuit training, mobility and coordination exercises, as well as structured march preparation. Each session follows a clear structure and is regularly adjusted to your progress. It's important to me that you don't just complete individual exercises, but understand how to effectively manage your preparation, regulate your workload, and achieve sustained performance improvements. As mentioned, the training is suitable for beginners as well as for already athletic applicants who want to specifically work on their performance reserves. I offer an interesting alternative to classic fitness programs that often only aim to build muscle or increase strength.
