About Kishaar
Hi, I’m Kisha. I’m currently doing a full-time internship at a kindergarten and will be starting university in January 2026, studying Foundation in Business with a specialization in Accounting. I’ve always loved working with children — helping them grow, learn, and feel confident in themselves. I was once a Kumon student too, so I understand how much patience, support, and small wins can matter to a child. That’s what made me want to teach. Through my internship, I’ve seen how powerful a calm, encouraging learning space can be. I want to offer that to other children — especially those who might be struggling, shy, or just need someone who truly believes in them. Teaching, for me, is not just about marks. It’s about helping a child feel capable. And I would be honored to do that for your child.

Teaching Methodology:
My teaching style is gentle, patient, and child-focused. I believe in creating a calm, encouraging space where children can feel safe to ask questions and grow at their own pace. I use visuals, fun repetition, and mini-challenges to keep younger students engaged. Every child is unique, and I adapt my methods to suit their confidence level, learning style, and attention span.
️ Typical Lesson Duration:
Each lesson is typically 1 hour long. For younger children, I can break it into shorter blocks (e.g., 30 minutes of learning, 5 minutes of review/fun) to keep focus high and energy steady.
Qualifications & Experience:
I graduated with SPM in 2023 and am currently undergoing a childcare internship at a kindergarten where I support 3–6-year-olds with play-based learning, basic reading, and routines.
I will begin my Foundation in Business (Accounting) at TAR UMT in January 2026.
I was also a Kumon student for several years, which gave me a strong foundation in self-discipline and structure — skills I now apply as a tutor.
