About Corey
Hi, I’m Corey—a University of Florida graduate with a degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I’ve been where many students are now: struggling to make sense of Physics 2 (PHY2054) and feeling overwhelmed. After failing the course myself, I came back with a new mindset and strategy—and now I help others do the same. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students through empathy, adaptability, and a focus on long-term growth. I understand how frustrating it can be to not "get it" right away, and I teach in a way that’s patient, encouraging, and personalized. My goal is not just to help you pass, but to help you become a confident, independent learner and critical thinker. I’m committed to professionalism, punctuality, and creating a positive learning environment where questions are always welcome. These lessons are ideal for college students—especially pre-med, allied health, or STEM majors—who are currently enrolled in Physics 2 without calculus (PHY2054) or a similar course.
