Not enough emphasis can be placed on mental strength to determine all success. I refuse to weaken! I have run all my life; I never wear shoes and never breathe through my mouth. I will slow down before I change either.

The single common denominator I heard in the gym. "eat lots and pump weights if you want to build." So, I did the opposite; I consumed less, restricted oxygen and slowed down the exercise to complete control at all times. I took the same focus and consideration learnt as a runner and injected it into strength training. The first thing you must do is forget about everyone else and focus on yourself. Know that strength and size are not comparable. Know that no matter what you do during the day, get up every day at the same time and begin your day with a glass of water. Lastly, write down your goals in whatever format suits you and read them before bed and when you wake. You do those things, and you will not be the same person tomorrow. Then you can decide if you want to talk )
