About Maldini
I’m someone who has been living with PCOS and started learning about my body and this process five years ago. Through patience, consistency, and natural methods, I managed to lose 20 kg and reshape my body toward the goals I once thought were out of reach. This journey taught me that health is not about quick fixes, but about truly understanding balance—between food, movement, and mindset. Along the way, I became certified and joined seminars on nutrition periodization and training programs, so I can combine personal experience with professional knowledge. Now, my passion is to support other women—especially those struggling with PCOS and hormonal challenges—by guiding them toward healthier bodies, stronger minds, and sustainable results.
