About Ciaran
I'm a 27 year old exercise enthusiast who loves helping other people fulfil their goals. I've been coaching since my time at university where I studied Exercise Science and a masters in Exercise Physiology. From there I've been lucky enough to work all over the world helping people take on their own challenges, from losing weight to training for Everest Basecamp. I have worked in London for the last 5 years as a Personal Trainer, Injury Rehab Coach, and Running Expert, so whatever you are looking to train for, I'm positive I can help you!
