Hi! My name is Chay du Plessis, and I’m a Sport and Exercise Science student with a genuine passion for fitness, movement, and helping others become the best versions of themselves. My own journey as an athlete has taught me the importance of discipline, consistency, patience, and resilience, and these are values I want to bring into every training session. I’m interested in teaching because I love the idea of helping people discover their potential, build confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I believe everyone’s fitness journey is different, which is why I want to create a supportive, encouraging environment where you can learn, grow, and progress at your own pace.
