About Daryl Ryan
I am a First-Class Physics graduate from University Malaya with a genuine love for Physics and Mathematics. I have worked as a scientist in a quantum computing startup in Korea and also an AI engineer for a robotics startup in PJ.
I enjoy helping students reach the moment when something that once seemed confusing finally makes sense.
I believe that most students are capable of becoming good at Mathematics and Physics when they are given the right foundations and explanations. I think of learning like constructing a building: each concept is a brick, and later ideas depend on the ones beneath them. If an important foundational concept is missing, more advanced topics can feel unnecessarily difficult.
My approach is therefore to identify these missing foundations, rebuild them where necessary, and help students understand why a method works rather than simply memorizing formulas or procedures. I want my students to develop the confidence to reason through unfamiliar problems independently and, hopefully, discover that Mathematics and Physics can be both logical and enjoyable.

My lessons focus on understanding why equations and methods work rather than memorising procedures, followed by systematic exam-question practice.

- want intensive revision before exams, or
- want to strengthen their Maths foundation.
