Perfect! Jason, at first appeared to me to be a very much of a "corporate" guy, as you can see from his photo...which might be a bit scary for some. He turns out to be a very friendly (not scary) type of guy, and is very focussed on making sure his students make progress. For me, being a bit of an older person, I find him great - he will answer any question I have at any time, and when it comes to particular commands, he will spend as much time as is needed before moving on. He is well prepared for each session giving a working spreadsheet prior to each session, and I can see him thinking before each response, searching for a good way to articulate the answer in a simple and clear way. He is also not a clock watcher. I very much appreciate his support in this area.
