I received a Level 9 in GCSE Literature and an A grade at A Level whilst studying three-and-a-half other A Levels - these being Psychology, Media, Mathematics and an Extended Project. In Media Studies and in light of cancelled exams I was ranked highest in the Cohort and received an A*.
My main interest is film and media but I have experience in analysing poetry, prose, advertisements and newspapers. I'm an avid reader and so am likely to be familiar with the texts you are currently studying.

I am a University student who would be an excellent and approachable tutor for younger students looking for help with essay writing and criticism.
Unofficially I have tutored other students in the past and to great effect. So, I'm now looking to continue this online whilst I study.
A typical session would last one hour and involve reading exemplar answers to typical essay questions. We would go through the strengths and weakness of the essay to produce our own ideas and then I'd guide you through your own response to be assessed next time.
