About Vanshika
Hi! I’m someone who believes that some of our biggest lessons in life come from the things we experience ourselves. I’ve gone through difficult family situations, unhealthy relationship patterns and challenging phases in my life, and these experiences taught me a lot about self-worth, emotions, boundaries, confidence and personal growth.
Over time, I started learning more about mindset, positive thinking, self-awareness and ideas like the Law of Assumption. One idea that really interested me is that the energy, mindset and beliefs we carry can influence the kind of people and situations we allow into our lives. When we keep changing ourselves and the way we see ourselves, we may also start noticing that the kind of people we connect with changes.
I know what it feels like to feel stuck, overthink, lose motivation, doubt yourself or wonder how you're going to get through a difficult phase. That’s why I want my classes to feel real, comfortable and relatable, rather than like someone simply giving you advice.
I want to share what I’ve learned through my own experiences and help you work on confidence, positive thinking, stress management, self-awareness, motivation, boundaries and personal growth.
You don't need to have everything figured out. Sometimes we simply need someone who listens without judgment and helps us look at things from a different perspective. We can take it one step at a time and grow together.

I believe personal development is not about becoming a completely different person—it’s about understanding yourself better and becoming more confident in who you are. My classes will be a comfortable and judgment-free space where we can talk, learn and work on things that can make everyday life a little easier.
We can work on positive thinking, confidence, motivation, managing everyday stress, communication, handling difficult situations, setting goals and building healthier habits. I’ll use simple conversations, practical activities and real-life examples rather than making the sessions feel like a lecture.
My goal is to help you understand yourself, look at situations from a different perspective and gradually build a stronger and more positive mindset. You can come with questions, doubts or even just a feeling that you’re stuck, and we’ll take things one step at a time, at your own pace. ️
