About Deeksha
My core experience lies in Brand Design, where I’ve had the opportunity to build and scale brands from the ground up. This has also involved mentoring teams, navigating high-pressure timelines, and making thoughtful decisions in fast-paced environments.
Around two years ago, alongside my design work, I began mentoring individuals more intentionally — working with students, young professionals, and entrepreneurs to help them navigate uncertainty and build a clearer, more positive mindset. This naturally led me towards life coaching, something I continue to do alongside my professional work.
I’ve always been deeply drawn to understanding people — how we think, what holds us back, and what enables us to move forward. Through this, I’ve spent over 1000+ minutes mentoring individuals, supporting them through career decisions, creative blocks, and moments of self-doubt.
My own journey hasn’t been linear. I’ve navigated uncertainty, transitions across countries, and the pressure of building something meaningful from scratch. Through these experiences, I’ve realized that often what people need isn’t just advice — it’s clarity, perspective, and the ability to reconnect with themselves.
