Hi, I’m a dedicated Health and Social Care professional with over 7 years of experience across both emergency and community settings. I started my journey as a 999 ambulance call handler, where I learned the importance of calm under pressure and clear communication. From there, I moved into domiciliary care, supporting individuals in their homes and gaining deep insight into person-centred care.
