About Rashmi
Hello, I'm Dr. Rashmi Jain, a fashion design educator originally from Jaipur. My academic journey led me to achieve a Master of Science (MSc) and a Doctorate (PhD) in Clothing and Textiles from Rajasthan University. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of teaching and sharing my insights with aspiring designers, alongside a year of freelancing. My passion for research has resulted in publications in journals such as the Asian Journal of Home Science and the International Journal of Science and Research. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to
present papers and posters at conferences like the 5th International Conference on Apparel and Home Textiles and the National Conference on Sustainable Development. Alongside my academic pursuits, I am proficient in utilizing software tools like Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign and Clo3D, which have greatly enriched my teaching methodologies and creative endeavors. I remain dedicated to advancing the realms of academia and industry within the field of fashion design, committed to fostering innovation and excellence.
