About Arran
I’m a qualified Holistic Life Coach and Counsellor based in Sussex, UK. My work brings together psychological insight, emotional awareness, and holistic practices that focus on the connection between mind, body, and soul. Over the years, I’ve helped people gain clarity, rebuild confidence, and create lives that feel more balanced and meaningful. My approach is down-to-earth and human I don’t believe in quick fixes, but in real, lasting change that comes from understanding yourself on a deeper level. Alongside my general coaching work, I have a particular interest in men’s issues and the challenges many face around purpose, confidence, and relationships in today’s world.
