About Sarish
A dedicated and academically accomplished psychology professional with a first-class undergraduate degree in Psychology, along with postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Child Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience & Neuropsychology. Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, I have a strong passion for both learning and teaching. This length ensures a balance between covering sufficient material without overwhelming the student. I like to keep lessons dynamic, including short breaks if needed, to maintain focus and allow for better retention. Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor: I hold a first-class undergraduate degree in Psychology and have postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Child Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience & Neuropsychology. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Psychology to stay updated on the latest research. Although I haven’t yet taught psychology, I have experience tutoring piano, where I developed many transferable skills such as, adapting my teaching approach to meet students' needs and helping them improve. Who the Lessons Are For: I am looking forward to tutoring GCSE students in Psychology. My lessons will focus on helping students understand the basics of psychology and supporting those who may be struggling with the subject. I aim to make psychology engaging and accessible, with an emphasis on human behaviour and cognitive science.
