I believe Biology becomes much easier when students understand the concepts instead of simply memorizing them. With 10+ years of teaching and academic experience, I use a student-centered, inquiry-based approach to make lessons clear, engaging, and exam-focused.
My classes usually begin with understanding the student's current level and identifying areas for improvement. I then explain concepts step-by-step using real-life examples, diagrams, questioning and visual explanations, followed by guided practice and exam-style questions. For Cambridge students, I place strong emphasis on understanding command words, applying concepts, interpreting data, structuring answers, and using mark schemes effectively.
Each class generally includes concept explanation → interactive questioning → application/practice → exam-style questions → feedback and improvement points. I adapt the pace and teaching method according to each student's learning needs.
My special strength is combining conceptual understanding with examination technique. I don't want students to depend on memorization or the teacher; I encourage them to think scientifically, ask questions, and develop confidence in answering unfamiliar questions independently.
I primarily teach IGCSE Biology (0610), AS & A Level Biology (9700), and Psychology, and can support students with concept learning, revision, past papers, examination preparation, and high-score strategies.
My classes are intended mainly for school students preparing for Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level examinations, as well as students who want to strengthen their Biology fundamentals and examination skills.
