About Ravindranath
I have been practicing Yoga for over 50 years. I benefited immensely from my practice over the years. I joined a one year Yoga Teachers' Training Course through Bihar School of Yoga in 2014. We had to complete teaching assignments as part of the course. That made me plunge into teaching immediately. I was also doing voluntary Yoga teaching for Seniors in a temple premises for few years. During my teaching career, I had occasions to teach Yoga, to persons with critical illnesses. Those were some of the most satisfying moments of my life. Not only practice of Yoga gave them greater benefits from their treatment, it also made them mentally stronger to cope up with crisis.

I tailor my classes according to the Fitness level, Capability and existing health issues if any of the participants. Whenever possible, I encourage Senior couple to attend the class together, which include Asanas, Pranayamas, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I teach Yoga as a lifestyle so that there would be Physical, Mental and Emotional benefits which would result in considerable improvement in the quality of life.
