About Alex

I make tennis enjoyable and focus on what works best for the person. Beginner levels and all ages, and individual to group classes. I'm located in West Palm Beach, so referencing my location to help. I work mostly beginner to intermediate levels.

I have extra racquets and loads of tennis balls, so if you're visiting or just looking to try out tennis is easy. Just get out and practice hitting the ball!

I started by teaching friends looking to get into tennis. It was a means of exercise and social events and then just made sense. Why not teach what I love to do? Tennis has had a big impact on my life.

I am a licensed nurse, personal trainer, and life long tennis player. All my tennis knowledge comesfrom the local courts since age 9. The level player I work with is beginner to intermediate and everything in between. Young kids are great and is a joy but talk about the impact of sports on our kids! Health, plus many other benefits are what keep me going. It really is a lifestyle.

I like to get started by just allowing a person to hit the ball and see where I can help. I work with beginner up to intermediate levels. So, after I see where we need some more work, I focus on those things, serve, forehand, grip, backhand, stance, stamina...the list goes on! Let's get busy and make it fun fun fun! If you like to slam I'm you're guy too haha! 🎾

Mostly friends in my age group and their kids. I am 37 years young and still feel wonderful. I have worked with 55+ adults as well and is a lot of fun. I do not often train at high skill level but if the opportunity is there we can discuss. Otherwise, beginner to intermediate.

I would first try a half hour session with a trainer you're interested in - key words "trainer you're interested in" - meaning, you have played with or seen them play enough to know if you could learn.

I have a friend who lives in the tennis club and any time I visit is the greatest show on earth! Really, we have a great time, exercise, and talk and laugh. These moments are great!!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think simple and keep it about tennis. Those people I really have success with can really focus on tennis while they're with me. And keep it fun fun fun!!
