In addition to providing excellent Mind-Body Movement through Tai Chi and Qi Gong instruction, we are able to assist clients who need, want, and desire to take their health to the next level so that their Tai Chi Qi Gong gains are magnified resulting in greater physical, mental, and spiritual health. Erien has been involved with Tai Chi and Qi Gong since 2015 and has received certifications and training from Dr. Keith Jeffries and Dr. Lamb (Tai Chi for Health). As a result of a commitment to excellence, Erien continued to develop her skills through ongoing training with David Dorian Ross (Taiji Fit), and Lee Holden (Holden Qi Gong) in order to bring the best experience to you. As one who greatly benefits from Tai Chi Qi Gong, I pass on the joys of movement and mindfulness.
