About Gail

The primary focus of the program was to provide children in Princeton and the surrounding areas with an opportunity to discover and enjoy the amazing game of squash. Based at Princeton University’s Jadwin Gym, the program expanded over time from a handful of children with 2 coaches to its present size of 100 students supervised by over a dozen qualified coaches. Classes are held 10 months of the year for children ranging in age from 8 to 18. Gail Ramsay, Princeton University Women’s Head Coach, is the program director.

Over 40 years of teach juniors and adults the game of squash of all ages and level.

About the class

I begin with evaluating the students skill level and gearing the instruction to where they are at the start. I determine the students interest level and direction they want to go with the sport and sets goals with them and help them reach their goals and pothential. I focus on strong fundamentals of the stroke work and movement while relating the techicial concepts need to be a high level competitor.
