Effie tailors your session to particular areas of your body you’re interested in strengthening. She spends time prior to your session ensuring sure she has targeted exercises in place. She is very knowledgeable in Pilates and has trained as a gymnast in her earlier years which contribute to her professionalism.

I have had a few Private Pilates sessions with Effei and she os incredible! She is knowledgeable and motivating. She switches up the work out so its not boring yet at the same time, is able to target your focus area/s. Her studio is always clean and organized. I would highly recommend Private Pilates sessions with her!
