About Aaron
Hi, I'm Aaron Dempsey. My passion for piano began when I was 13, and I saw a video of a pianist playing in which he crossed his left hand over his right. Simple yes, but it drew me in to the wonderful world of music. Since then I have been privileged to teach several students, earn my Bachelors of Science in Music Education, travel as pianist for a gospel singing group, and be the lead pianist at my church. It is my desire to do all in my capability to help you achieve your musical goals.
Piano teaching is one of the most wonderful opportunities in the world! I love guiding my students along in theory and technique while at the same time building a relationship with them! And fun fact...piano lessons can be for everyone, regardless of your age or abilities!
I have a Bachelor of Science in Music Education.

The very first lesson is one where I determine the level and personal goals of the student, as well as just establish a working relationship. Once I have evaluated the student, I come up with several goals to work towards for that month. These goals include anything from mastering new scales, to getting a Rachmaninoff performance ready.
