He specializes in female fitness, menopausal fitness, contest prep diets and individualizing optimized training blocks for all population types. Andrew is a leading certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and professional powerlifter. Amazing gym, totally different from everything I've tried in the past. It's got a great community feel, the lifting is intense, and very serious, plus they cover nutrition and diet plans. It's the whole package. Down almost 50 pounds in 8 months... never would have gotten this far without UTG!!
