My passion is to work with motivated adults that are sedimentary and leading them to an active life style thus improving their health and quality of life. I want to help folks to keep moving, improve their fitness, extend their healthy years, reduce stress in their life and achieve success in meeting personal goals.
I have personally battled with keeping myself fit and healthy, so I am extremely empathetic to other's journeys and struggles.
