I am a figure body builder and a personal trainer. Through growing and developing over the years I have learned the importance of a healthy diet, exercise, and mental strength.

I've been down and out and know the struggles of life.
And I know those answers lie in the mental and physical aspects of ourselves.
I am a certified personal trainer.
When first being certified I trained people I knew from work for free. The customers I have at work were older and had medical conditions and mobility issues I had to be wary of.
While doing my freebie trial I was also training myself for my next figure competition.
So I've dealt with weight loss, muscle gain, and working with those who have special needs in their workout and diet regimen.

I focus on fitness; but in order for growth to happen you must be mentally strong.
Discovering what motivates a student helps increase the probability for success.
Next is the diet! Because if you eat garbage...no matter how hard you train...you'll still feel like garbage. A healthy diet is another key component to success.
Finally we build a program that suits your needs. I push people to go further; but I understand people have limitations due to mobility issues or injuries.
I go beyond just fitness. I know first hand how a true life change goes beyond just running and pumping iron every morning. A strong mind results in a strong body; I like to focus on the mental aspects of my student's lives.
