About John
My name is John E Fredericks. I am certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT).
I work with clients in a way that helps them Integrate fitness and healthy habits into their lives as a form of self care. We work on fitness, nutritional support, and healthy habit forming. I provide accountability, strategies against exercise barriers, exercise instruction, coaching, and nutritional suggestions.
Great for clients who work from home, care givers, entrepreneurs, or those who prefer to exercise at home.

I enjoy helping clients discover strength or movement they thought they lost or could not do. I also enjoy showing clients they can get a great results and quality training in their own homes.
I became interested in teaching/coaching while in personal training school during coaching classes and my first internship at Brooklyn Athletic Club in Williamsburg Brooklyn.
I started with semi-private and small group training sessions. I then developed and instructed a few group classes for mobility, glutes and abs, and Circuit training.
I pivoted to virtual sessions and eventually my own business during COVID where I developed a "fitness coach" approach. I see fitness as a form of self-care. I provide healthy habit forming support, nutritional support, as well as exercise programming and virtual training sessions.
I graduated from The Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences Personal Training program in 2016.
I am certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
