About Nick
I'm a Personal Trainer certified in Strentgh and Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise. My goals are to combat sedentary lifestyle and create a positive, and fun environment for my clients. I've been training clients for 3 years and held my positions with Dakotah Sport and Fitness, Snap Fitness in Shakopee and Prior Lake area. I now currently run my training through home. I also travel as well which can be discussed if hired. I take this pandemic seriously and there isnt a cleaner safer place to train than here. One client at a time and always cleaned after every client. I can do couples training but, I ask that everyone take a temperature upon entry and be forthcoming of any symtoms.
Seeing others how happy my clients are when they start achieving their goals. Being a part of that is BIG!
I started as gaining interest in helping others achieve there goals back in 2006. Back then I was overweight, high cholesterol and poor nutrition. I then took my health into my own hands and hired a personal trainer who helped me achieve my goals and put me on the path of helping others to do the same. December of 2013, I decided to make it official and go to school and get my certifications.
Certified Personal Trainer/ Corrective Exercise/ Strength and Conditioning.
I studied through Nasm/Lifetime Academy, and interned under SMSC Wellness Department Personal Trainers.

First I start with a free assessment. This includes a sit down to discuss health history, goals, body compisition, nutrition, and fitness assessment. Moving forward I can provide a personal program design for my new client.
I've worked with 12 to 60 year old clients with various goals. I've also coached and assisted with coaching Phy Ed, Soccer, and Baseball.
