About Matt
I've been a personal trainer for over 13 years with over 20,000 sessions serviced. Ive had numerous certifications but the ones I hold currently are NASM (CPT, PES & CES), and NCSF as well as DVRT (dynamic, variable, resistance, training). I belong to Todd Durkins mastermind group (if you happened to see NBC STRONG you'll know who I'm talking about.). I attend at least one seminar a year to keep up to date on the industry and be inspired. I am super passionate about what I do and live the lifestyle that I preach. I'm available to my clients via text, email or phone almost around the clock (minus my sleeping hours) for whatever questions or coaching they may need. Not only have I trained, coached and rehabbed many clients back from serious struggles or injurys but I have bounced back and rehabbed myself from major injurys and health issues and love showing people there's always a way to get you you goal.
I love people in general but getting people to feel great about themselves and getting to see their energy and demeanor change as they get in control of their fitness and live ther life to their fullest potential at any age is what I love best about what I do.
