I love what I do because it changes people inside out. You're not just challenging your body, you are challenging your mind. You are constantly learning, adjusting, and growing mentally as well as physically. You don't just learn how to operate in the weight room. Many of the mindset techniques that I teach will transfer over into your life, and you will feel and see changes in the way you think and react.
I did an assignment in college to shadow someone who is doing what you wanted to do. That's when I met Ricky Martin a local trainer in my hometown. I shadowed him for the 4 week assignment, and I just kept showing up when the assignment was over!
He encouraged me to get my first client, and the rest has been history!

It’s very easy to get started.
1. Simply give me a call/ text, email, or connect via website or othe outlets.
2. I respond in less than 24 hours, and we will set up an initial meeting - via phone or in person.
3. We establish your wants and needs. Make realistic short term goals that will lead you into your long term goals.
4. I design an A to B plan that will get you there, and what it will take for this happen. We take on the journey, and hit goals which ultimately will be life changing!
