About Juan
The diabetes and obesity epidemic in San Antonio were motivators to start my own business in the fitness industry. I aim to change my city to love a healthier lifestyle.
I have 7 years of experience in the industry as a director of fitness and personal trainer for the top 3 largest fitness organizations in the world. First it starts with the inital consultation which includes a fitness evaluation and a workout (test drive). Evals are conducted monthly to track progress and a useful tool for motivation. We track several metrics such as body fat percentage, weight, bmi, muscle percentage, measurements, 1rm, flexibility, and vo2. Based on those metrics I will recommend a program to achieve your goal which will include a meal plan.
I work with students from all walks of life. No matter your age, male or female, fitness level, or goals, I have worked with them. From training elite professional athletes, to getting soldeirs combat ready, to helping the average joe lose weight or gain muscle.
There's always the qualifications and if they can help you. There's a lot of fakes out there so be careful. What's most important is what they are going to do for you. Make sure hear from them what they are going to do for you and if they even listened to what your goals are.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The first question you have to ask yourself is what are your fitness goals? The next and most important one is on a scale of 1-10, how serious are you about achieving those goals. If you answered less then a 10 then you're probably wasting your time and your trainers time.

Details
There are tons of options depending on which program you want to go with. First thing is first though lets schedule your intitial consultation so that I can get a better picture of what your goals are and help you come up with a plan. We'll go over some nutrition 101 and exercises 101 so that you can have some basic knowledge on how to achieve your fitness goals. That way, weather you decide to train with me or not, at least you'll have a step by step plan to start with on your own.
