My initial coaching consists of doing a body scan to get your specific nutritional targets and you have you do a series of services to gauge your fitness level, then develop a plan based on your results and your goals. I would work with you both online and onsite to get you started. Every 30 days there will be an evaluation to make you are making progress towards your goals.
