About RIck
XLand Fitness is a private fitness studio where we teach one on one personal training. Private in a sense that it’s just you and your fitness trainer working one on one to reach your goals. You don’t have to worry about others watching your every move because we operate by appointments. If that’s not your style we also offer group classes. Our objective is to make sure everything is done to ensure the client is 100% satisfied, while keeping it fun and enjoyable.
I decided to start teaching once i reached my own fitness goals and feel in love with fitness as a whole. I love helping others get the results their looking for and that really helps drive me to keep learning and improving to make sure i deliver the results people are looking for.
I have my certification in personal training. I also have my certification in frist aid/cpr and I"m a live p90x instructor.

With all new clients I like to go though a assessment to see where they are with there fitness and what types of limitations they have that need worked on this is to help them and help me better understand their needs and to make sure they get the results they are looking to achieve.
Most people i work with are looking for weightloss and toning but i have worked with men looking to add muscle, to women who are pregnant and need to maintain and keep a store core, I work with older people who have back issues and help them build a strong core to help reduce back pain, and teach them how to move more efficiently.

Rick is awesome! He has a great personality, he also customizes the work outs to you as an individual. Ice something is bothering you he adjusts that session so you still work hard but dont over work yourself. I recommend him to everyone that is looking to workout or wants a personal trainer. I am so beyond happy with the results I have gotten so far with hin.
Rick set up a great program for me and what I was looking for. The one on one style gets me in and out, so it fits easier into my schedule.
Rick really pushes you to strive for best. Best workout ever. 30 min with Rick can feel like 2 hours anyplace else
