As seen in my profile, I am an exercise science and fitness consultant with many years of experience. Unlike trainers who are merely certified, I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Kinesiology. As a younger adult, I spent 10 years in bodybuilding and won the Mr Kansas title (Heavyweight and overall champion) and competed in the NPC Men’s National Bodybuilding Championships.
