I believe in empowering and educating people to make intelligent informed decisions instead of the dated "no pain, no gain" philosophy. I have more than a decade of experience motivating clients to achieve their goals safely and effectively. As a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and strength coach, i can help a variety clients reach their goals whether its weight loss, muscle building, or corrective exercise. I've been involved in Fitness since grade school when I joined my first basketball team. I continued my education with the purposes of training myself. But after several years more and more people began coming to me for health and fitness advice. This became the focus of my work and I've been personal training ever since.
I am certified by the National Council on strength and fitness as a personal trainer, Sports nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach. I've been helping clients reach their goals for over a decade in Las Vegas. I have managed gyms in the past, but my focus is now on training my own client base so I can give them the full focus and attention they deserve. I also have a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana University.

When I meet with the new student my first step is to have a conversation to establish what your goals, experience, and whatever potential injury concerns there are. After I have a clear idea about the customer is looking for, I do an assessment to see what. From there I will put together a workout plan did I feel better suit your needs. If it sounds like it'll work for you we can get started at that time.
I have work athletes, boxers, and even taught new personal trainers the nuances of fitness. Most of my clients are regular people trying to figure out to make healthier decisions and learning how to safely and effectively use fitness to enhance their lifestyle.
Make sure you and your trainer have a clear vision of what you're trying to achieve. Many new students make the mistake of spending too much time and energy on the wrong things. Every individual has unique strengths and weaknesses to address. Make sure that the fitness plan is specific to you.

Be upfront and honest in the beginning well any and all injury concerns. Don't wait until you start your workout programming to inform them of limitations

Details
Pricing depends on whether you come to the gym to see me or if I travel to your home to see you. I charge $50 an hour if you come to me, and $60 an hour if I have to drive to you. Half hour sessions are available as well
