About Karin
Extension of my own athletic career. I found I have a strong affinity with all level of athletes and people trying to gain skills to improve their wellness. I've loved sports and just leading an active lifestyle all of my life. I believe striving for something and pushing yourself to places you never thought you were physically and mentally capable of teaches us so many invaluable lessons that we can apply to all aspects of our life. I love helping people on their journey... whether that's making a national cut, running your first 5K, or just running after the grandkids.
