About Enmely
Enmely Rodriguez was born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, as an overweight child she was a target for bullying. This made her very shy and self esteem very low. Enmely not only overcame this time of her life, but she now has the opportunity to help countless people overcome similar situations.
I love to see a smille on clients face when they acheive their goals.
As a former pro athlete, I see alot of people that are being tought wrong. I want to teach any client the right way of doing it and keeping you results

First we start with an individual profile which will tell me their goals, nutrition habits and medical records if applicable.

Today, she is a Certified Personal trainer, fitness & nutrition expert, Herbalife independent distributor and is currently working on her passion for modeling.ork with the meal plan, supplements and fitness/nutrition advices.
