About James
The mission of Body By Rocket is to provide clients with the most up-to-date and advanced training techniques to increase performance through exercise and diet. We offer a variety of services to all types of people from professional fighters, first responders, veterans, active duty military and the average person that wishes to reach the peak of their athletic performance. Our trainers are certified through ISAA and have specialized training in Nutrition, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy and performance enhancement. James, the owner of the company, has been training fighters for the past several years under Coach Kurtis Kendall. While in the military James was put in charge of numerous Marines and Soldiers who wereunsuccessful on their PFTs. Therefore, we bring a unique approach of combining fitness with mental toughness in order to overcome some of life’s most challenging situations.
While Body By Rocket does offer in person personal training the majority of the training that we do is via online coaching. Currently, online coaching is month to month or 3 months. where you are provided with meal plans based off of your caloric needs to meet your goals and workouts to reach your peak performance. Each client has access to their trainers email and cell phone number. Weekly progress reports will be taken, such as pictures to track results and weight. The client is encouraged to use my fitness pal so the trainer can review what was consumed throughout the week. This will allow your trainer to further tailor your diet and Workout to provide a sustainable diet and workload while maximizing results.
We offer both online and in person coaching. Our online training and meal plans can be month to month, 3 months. In some cases such as contest prep there are a 6month package you can choose.. You can also get in person training added as an additional rate depending on travel and length of the workout. It has been our experience so far, that the majority of our clients are able to follow the diet plans and workouts without any additional help or need for in person training. Each client’s workout and diet is unique based off of their needs and they have almost 24/7 access to their coach.
