About Kevin
Hi. My name is Kevin Koloian. My training style is based on functional movement. So I incorporate plenty of bodyweight exercises with occasional weight days. 🏋️♀️
My sessions are total of 60 minutes. Depending on the day, the warm-up is a couple rounds of 10-15 minute cardio movements and there is a 10-15 yoga-based stretch routine cool down at the end. 🧘♀️
Expect to be pushed for the 30-40 minutes in between. My workouts are challenging, but they are designed for all fitness levels. I've been a personal trainer for 7 years, so I know how to write the perfect workout for any given individual. 😎
Ideally, I would like to see you twice per week. And I will give you a "homework" routine to complete on your own, so you hit the 3 workouts per week requirement. 💪
