About Roy
I specialize in health and fitness for people over 50. Whether you've been active most of your life or you just decided to take care of you health, I can help. Since 1989, I've trained athletes and grandmothers. In 2015 I began to put all my focus on the over 50 population. I have numerous certification including Fitness Specialist from U.I.C., and Medical Exercise Specialist from A.A.F.P.. Since 1989 I've been taking workshops and certifications. Since 2010 I've been attending the yearly Perform Better Summit. For 4 days,over 30 world class specialist lecture and run hands on courses. In 2015 I also attended the Active Aging Conference.
