Talia is the bomb.com when it comes to her career, goals and everything she stands for in and out of the Fitness realm….she won’t BS you whatsoever, and will definitely hold you accountable, Bc starting a weight loss journey, accountability is EVERYTHING….she responded to my request for a trainer right away and schedule a time to connect. She was very professional, asked several questions and matched the plan to start my journey to weight loss….including diet and workouts. I get a message or two almost every day to check in and see how I am doing….She also provides healthy alternatives to options I logged. I’ve already referred friends and very glad I joined!
I loved how the workouts were tailored to my specific fitness level. Some fitness camps say they work for every level but this is one that delivers. I loved the high energy and knowledgebase of the instructor. And of course losing weight little by little and feeling great!
