Train with our revolutionary online training app. Our trainers will customize your unique workouts, which you can access online or through your smartphone. My name is Mark Young, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science as well as a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am also certified by the National Physical Activity Society and American College of Sports Medicine as a Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist. I am a certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator and US Army Master Fitness Trainer. Education and expertise are not fads in the health and fitness industry. New clients fill out a consultation form and I begin to learn more about the individual and the specific goals in mind. We establish specific, measurable, attainabale, realistic, and time specific goals personalized to each client. From there it is typical that fitness tests will be conducted by the individual for use in the establishment of exercise programming specific to the individuals goals and current fitness level.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients and have over 7 years of professional experience. I have worked with previously sedentary individuals, cardiovascular and pulmonary patients, and endurance and tactical atheletes.
